What we keep, and why.
Last updated 19 October 2026
Yeslane is run by Red Band IO in Australia. This page covers the yeslane.app website and the early access list. Yeslane isn’t open yet, so the list is the only thing that collects anything about you.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you type it into an early access form and send it.
- Which form you used (the top of the page or the bottom), and when you signed up and confirmed.
- A one-way hash of your IP address, used only to stop the same machine flooding the list. We can’t turn it back into your IP address.
The website sets no cookies and runs no advertising or tracking scripts.
Why we collect it
To email you when Yeslane opens, and to offer you a founding-agency spot if you want one. That’s all. We don’t sell it, rent it or share it for anyone else’s marketing.
Confirming your email
After you sign up we send one email asking you to confirm. Until you click its link you’re not on the list. If you never click it, we delete the request.
Where it’s kept
On Amazon Web Services in Sydney, Australia, which stores the list and sends our email for us. AWS handles it on our behalf and can’t use it for anything else.
Leaving the list
Every email we send has a one-click unsubscribe link, and we honour it straight away. You can also email us and we’ll remove you, or tell you what we hold about you and correct it.
Questions or complaints
Email hello@yeslane.app. If you’re not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
